Parking lot striping, answered.

Most parking lot striping is priced per stall or by the lot, and the total depends on the number of stalls, whether it's a simple re-stripe of an existing layout or a new design, and any extras like ADA stalls, fire lanes, stencils, or curb painting. A faded re-stripe is the most affordable option; a full new layout with measurement and design costs more. The best way to get an accurate number is a free on-site estimate, and we walk the lot, measure it, and give you a clear price with no upsells.
Commercial-grade traffic paint is typically dry to the touch within 30 to 60 minutes and ready for vehicle traffic within about an hour in good weather. Cooler temperatures or high humidity can extend that. We section off the lot as we work so part of your property stays open, and we can schedule nights or weekends so your business keeps running while the paint cures.
Most commercial lots need re-striping every 18 to 24 months, though high-traffic lots, snow-plowed lots, and lots that take winter sand and salt may fade faster. A good rule of thumb: if the lines are hard to see at night or in the rain, or your ADA markings are fading, it's time. Faded accessible spaces can also put you out of ADA compliance, so those are worth staying ahead of.
ADA requirements scale with the total number of spaces in the lot, for example, a lot of 1 to 25 spaces requires at least 1 accessible stall, 26 to 50 requires 2, and the count rises from there, with a share of those required to be van-accessible. Accessible stalls also need proper width, an access aisle, and correct signage and markings. We handle the layout to current ADA standards as part of any striping or new-layout project.

Yes. We block off and stripe one section at a time so traffic keeps flowing, and we regularly work nights and weekends to avoid disrupting your customers and staff. We plan the sequence with you ahead of time so the lot is never fully closed during business hours unless you want it that way.
